Empowering Growth Through Coaching
My coaching journey began in 2010 when I first encountered the concept of coaching while pursuing an Executive Program in HR. It was an idea that lingered at the back of my mind but only resurfaced a few years ago.
Five years back, during a period of personal awakening, I rekindled my old reading habit as I realized that my growth had plateaued. I came to understand that continuous learning was essential for growth and this realization also sparked a desire to acquire additional knowledge by pursuing a coaching certification.
Throughout my 20+ years career, I have unknowingly coached numerous people, helping them find clarity. However, I felt it was time to take the next step and deepen my understanding of coaching by obtaining a formal certification.
I am very passionate about—helping others. Colleagues, friends, and managers often describe me as a troubleshooter / problem solver. They believe that anyone who comes to me with a problem will certainly leave with a solution.
While I may not have all the answers, I firmly believe that every problem has a solution, though not always a desired one. Every situation has two sides, like a coin, and it all depends on which side you choose to view.
So finally, two years back I acquired a certification in coaching and began coaching both within and outside the organisation. I coach on both personal and professional matters helping individuals transform to their best self. My clients vary from professionals, home makers to students. Though in a small way, I believe I am making a difference in many lives.
So, if you're facing challenges at work or in your personal life, I’d love to chat with you. I’m confident that by the end of our conversation, you'll feel more connected to your true self.
Coaching is unlocking people's potential to maximise their own performance. It is helping them to learn rather than teaching them.
